In My Blood Music Video Treatment

Genre: Paranoid Fiction/Absurdist/Magical Realism 

Duration: 3 Minutes

Target Audience: 16+ Males and Females although more strongly at females as the protagonist is a strong, feminist woman. 

Rationale: I wanted to create a socially political music video that shows a feminist lead and shows the current issue of domestic abuse and entrapment in a relationship.

Synopsis: A girl is seen to be in a relationship of domestic abuse but makes the hard decision to leave and become her own person. She leaves and runs to an old abandoned house where she realises what she has done and faces the struggles of her identity and who she is without him. She breaks a mirror that represents the image she had of herself when she was with him and breaks any resemble of their relationship. 

Budget: This is a low budget music video so I have been careful  about keeping it as cheap as possible. Sets have been free and actors are working for experience and are unpaid.
